3 drops	Ravintsara organic Grand Cru essential oil
10 ml	Almond, organic care oil, pampering time

Instructions

1. Take 3 drops of ravintsara essential oil.
2. Add to 10 ml of organic almond care oil. 
3. First massage the mixture thoroughly into the soles of the feet, then massage the rest into the chest area.
