You will also automatically become part of our exclusive loyalty program, where you can receive great wellness rewards.
With every purchase and by completing certain actions, you will collect butterfly points that you can redeem for these rewards.
The more butterflies you collect, the more benefits and rewards await you.

Becoming part of our farfalla community is easy:
- Fill out the registration form with your name and email address. Optionally, provide us with your date of birth – that way we can surprise you with a little gift on your special day.

Please note: Aromacard customers, farfalla employees, retailers, and academy courses are excluded from the loyalty program.

You will receive butterflies with every purchase in our online shop. You can also collect butterflies by following us on Instagram or Facebook, leaving a review, and recommending farfalla to others.

You can redeem your butterflies directly at checkout by selecting your available discount code.
- You need at least 200 butterflies.
- You can redeem a maximum of 700 butterflies at a time.
- Butterflies can only be redeemed at www.farfalla.eu.
- Redemption in stores is not possible.
- The rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and offers.

For free products, you must first add them to your shopping cart.
You can then select your 100% discount code at checkout.

Log in to your account on the website and go to your account overview. There, under the “loyalty program” tab, you will find all the information about your current butterfly point balance and your reward status.

As soon as you place an order or complete an action for which butterflies are awarded, they will be credited to your account immediately.

If you do not engage in any activity within the program within one year (365 days), all points will expire on the anniversary of your last activity.
Activity is defined as collecting points with your purchases and redeeming rewards.

If you receive butterflies for a purchase and later decide to return one or more items from that order, the corresponding butterflies will be deducted from your credit balance. For example: If you receive 300 butterflies for a €300 order and return items worth €100, your butterfly balance will be adjusted to 200 after the return has been processed.
