General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
For business relations with Farfalla Essentials AG, in particular for all orders and contracts with private end consumers (i.e. consumers within the meaning of the German Civil Code or consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act), which are concluded via the Internet, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply in the version valid at the time of the order.
Contractual conditions deviating from the GTC require our written consent in all cases.
2. Products
The product presentation in the Farfalla online store does not constitute a binding offer, it is merely an invitation to the consumer to place an order.
Quality standards and product descriptions can be adjusted by us at any time.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include the statutory value added tax. The goods are shipped from Austria and are therefore subject to Austrian VAT. The prices apply to unpacked goods and do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly displayed to the consumer on the order page before an order is placed (see Section 6. Below).
4. Orders/conclusion of the contract with a consumer
Orders placed by the consumer are binding. Each order represents an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by e-mail. At the latest within five (5) working days of receipt of the order we will send an order confirmation by e-mail, with which the purchase contract is concluded or we refuse to accept the offer without giving reasons.
5. Availability of our products - force majeure
Our products are natural products; due to limited shelf life, our stocks are limited. Therefore, we cannot always guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the products ordered. We therefore reserve the right not to deliver ordered products if unavailable. Products that have not been delivered will not be re-delivered; they must be re-ordered. We will inform the consumer immediately of any products that are unavailable and therefore not delivered.
Force majeure, e.g. strikes, storms, other natural disasters as well as fire etc. release us from the obligation to deliver for the duration of their duration.
6. Delivery conditions and shipping costs
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after our acceptance of the offer, at the latest within two (2) weeks of the order.
For orders up to an order value of Euro 50.00 shipping costs of Euro 6.00 will be charged. Orders from Germany and Austria are shipped free of charge for orders over EUR 50.00.
For orders from other EU & EEA countries, shipping costs of EUR 18.00 will be charged. The minimum order value is EUR 25.00.
7. Terms of payment
Delivery is made against payment by credit card or Paypal.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Farfalla Essentials AG until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty claims
The goods sold by us are natural products and have a limited shelf life. The expiration date is noted on each product. We are liable for defects in the goods delivered by us for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
In the event that the consumer is resident in Austria, the following applies: The legal presumption of § 924 S 2 ABGB applies if the defect occurs within the shelf life date and is compatible with the nature of the item or defect. However, the statutory presumption period is a maximum of six months from the date of delivery.
In the event that the consumer is resident in Germany, the following applies: the statutory warranty rights apply.
The consumer is entitled to the following warranty rights: in the event of a defect, the consumer initially has the right to subsequent performance, whereby subsequent improvement is excluded due to the nature of the products of Farfalla Essentials AG; i.e. the consumer only has the right to a replacement delivery. Should our replacement delivery fail twice, the consumer may - at his discretion - demand an appropriate price reduction or withdraw from the contract. In addition, the consumer is entitled to claim damages if he has actually suffered damage due to a defect in our product.
10. Security and data protection
The consumer's personal data is in safe hands with Farfalla Essentials AG and will not be made available to anyone outside our company for use or disposal and will be treated in strict confidence. The consumer gives his consent that all personal data, which are necessary for the processing of orders, the delivery of goods and the provision of services as well as the processing of payment and accounting, may be used accordingly and may also be stored, processed, and updated by us.
Customer payments are made in a protected area (Saferpay), which transmits the data in encrypted form. The data is therefore protected from access by third parties.
The images used on the Farfalla website are the property of Farfalla Essentials AG and may only be used with permission.
11. Disclaimer for external links
Our web pages may contain links to third-party websites. Websites of third parties may refer to the websites of Farfalla Essentials AG. Farfalla Essentials AG accepts no responsibility for such websites and their content, for the products, services or other offers they provide, or for compliance with data protection regulations, and distances itself from them. The activation of a link is at the user’s own risk.
12. Right of revocation and withdrawal
A. In the event that the consumer is resident in Germany, the following applies:

Right of withdrawal:
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Farfalla Essentials AG by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from this contract. The customer may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. In order to maintain the right of revocation, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If the customer withdraws from the contract, Farfalla Essentials AG shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Farfalla Essentials AG), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which Farfalla Essentials AG is informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. For this repayment, Farfalla Essentials AG will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer. In this case, the customer will be charged fees for this repayment. The customer must return or hand over the goods to Farfalla Essentials AG immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which he informs Farfalla Essentials AG of the revocation of the contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) days. The direct costs of this return shipment are to be borne by the consumer if the price of the goods does not exceed € 40. Otherwise Farfalla Essentials AG will bear the return costs.
End of the withdrawal policy
B. In the event that the consumer is resident in Austria, the following applies:
Cancellation policy
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the KSchG have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not acting as a carrier has obtained possession of the goods. If the customer has ordered several goods as part of a single order, which are delivered separately, from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer and not acting as a carrier acquires possession of the last item delivered. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Farfalla Essentials AG of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (form-free e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). The customer can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is also available at www.farfalla.eu, but this is not mandatory. The mere return of the goods without giving reasons does not replace a clear declaration of withdrawal from the contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, Farfalla Essentials AG shall repay all payments received by Farfalla Essentials AG from the customer immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which Farfalla Essentials AG received the customer's declaration of withdrawal. For this repayment, Farfalla Essentials AG has to use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case will the customer be charged any fees for this repayment. If the customer has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the entrepreneur, he is not entitled to reimbursement of the additional costs incurred. The customer is obliged to return the received goods to Farfalla Essentials AG immediately, but no later than fourteen (14) days after submitting the declaration of withdrawal. The return deadline is met if the customer sends the goods within the deadline. The direct costs of this return shipment are to be borne by the consumer if the price of the goods does not exceed € 40. Otherwise Farfalla Essentials AG will bear the return costs. Farfalla Essentials AG is entitled to refuse repayment of all payments received from the customer until receipt of the returned goods or receipt of a proof of return to be provided by the customer. The customer must pay Farfalla Essentials AG compensation for the reduction in the sales value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

14. Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
15. Applicable law
Swiss substantive law shall apply to all legal relationships between us and the customer, unless it is overridden by mandatory provisions of German or Austrian consumer protection law.
16. Data protection provision
We refer to the separate privacy policy.
17. Date of validity
These General Terms and Conditions are valid from the 1st of January 2026.

FARFALLA ESSENTIALS AG - ACADEMY General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Registration and Payment
Please register in writing using the registration form (training programmes) or purchase the seminar for the selected date via the Academy Shop. Registration constitutes a binding obligation to pay the course fee. The number of participants is limited; registrations are therefore considered in the order of receipt.
Day seminars are payable immediately upon registration. The seminar fees for training programmes must be paid no later than 30 days after receipt of the invoice or, in the case of short-notice registrations, no later than 30 days before the start of the seminar. Fees for the diploma thesis are payable within 10 days. Failure to pay the course fee does not constitute a cancellation.
2. Course Organisation and Cancellation
If a course instructor is unavailable, Farfalla will attempt to arrange a substitute or offer a new seminar date. If a seminar has to be cancelled by us (due to insufficient registrations or illness of the instructor), the full seminar fee already paid will be refunded. No further claims may be asserted.
Changes / Rebookings
Changes and rebookings must be made in writing.
Up to 30 days before the start of the seminar, a processing fee of CHF 50.– / EUR 50.– per booking will be charged for rebookings (date changes). From 29 days before the start of the seminar, the cancellation conditions listed below apply to rebookings. Excluded are examinations (training programmes); see the next section “Cancellation Conditions / Cancellation Fees”.
Cancellation Conditions / Cancellation Fees
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel a booked service (one-day or multi-day seminar), in whole or in part, regardless of the time of cancellation, a processing fee of CHF 50.– / EUR 50.– per booking will be charged. In addition to this processing fee, the following cancellation fees will be charged per booking, based on the total seminar costs:
- up to 30 days before the start of the seminar: CHF 50.– / EUR 50.– processing fee
- 29–15 days before the start of the seminar: 30% cancellation fee
- 14–2 days before the start of the seminar: 50% cancellation fee
- within 48 hours before the start of the seminar: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation fees and processing fees are waived if you provide a substitute participant.
Examinations (training programmes)
For examinations (training programmes), the following cancellation fees / withdrawal conditions / rebooking fees apply:
- up to 60 days before the start of the examination: CHF 50.– / EUR 50.– processing fee
- 59–0 days before the start of the examination: 100% cancellation fee
In the event of withdrawal from or termination of the diploma thesis, the fees will not be refunded.
3. Liability
No insurance coverage is included in any course fees. You are therefore responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage yourself (illness, accident, liability, cancellation insurance, as well as theft and loss of items at the seminar venue).
Programme and price changes as well as changes to the General Terms and Conditions remain reserved.
These GTC come into force on 1 January 2026. They replace all previous GTC of Farfalla applicable to the farfalla Academy up to that date.
FARFALLA ESSENTIALS AG - LOYALTY PROGRAM Germany and Austria: Terms and Conditions
Please read these conditions for participation in the farfalla loyalty program for Germany & Austria carefully. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions expressly listed below or referenced for the program. If you do not agree with all conditions, please do not participate in the program.
For better readability, we refrain from consistently using gender‑inclusive language in these terms. All formulations naturally apply to all genders.
1. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND OVERVIEW
1.1. The farfalla loyalty points program for Germany and Austria (“program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Farfalla Essentials AG (“farfalla”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The program is available only to natural persons for their personal use and is limited to one account per person. Companies, associations, and other groups may not participate. This program is not directed at children and is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age. Farfalla AromaCard customers, farfalla employees and staff, as well as business partners or retailers, are not eligible to participate. You do not need to make a purchase to register for the program. The program may not be used for business or commercial purposes, and we may refuse the creation of an account without providing justification.
1.2. By participating in the program, you (individually and collectively referred to as “you”, “your”, “members”, or “participants”) confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions (“terms”) and agree to comply with them, including any potential amendments made by us. You should regularly review these terms and the associated policies and FAQs to stay informed about the current conditions applicable to the program, as they may change from time to time. The terms of other agreements or contracts between you and us, including those concerning products or services, remain unaffected by these terms. By registering for this program, you also agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of our website, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree to these terms as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, you cannot participate in the program. The program offering does not apply where prohibited by law.
1.3. Participation in the farfalla loyalty program is possible at https://www.farfalla.eu/ within Germany and Austria, excluding farfalla stores in Germany and Austria, as well as department stores and retailers.
2. REGISTRATION FOR THE PROGRAM
2.1. Eligible individuals can register for the program through the following 2 options:
2.1.1. Visit farfalla at www.farfalla.eu (the “Website”) to register for the program by following the instructions provided on the website.
2.1.2. Visit a farfalla store in Germany and Austria to register for the program.
2.2. To participate, it is necessary to provide your full first name and your email address during registration. To access certain program benefits and rewards, you must also provide your date of birth and your address. However, providing your date of birth and address is not mandatory for program registration. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for updating it if required. Participants can update their personal data in their customer account on the website or via customer service.
2.3. Only one program account can be assigned to each email address. In case of a dispute regarding the ownership of a program account, the person considered the program participant is the lawful account owner of the email address provided during registration. “Lawful account owner” within the meaning of these terms refers to the natural person to whom the email address has been assigned by the Internet provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the provided email address (e.g. company, educational institution, etc.).
3. HOW THE PROGRAM AND ITS BENEFITS WORK
3.1. With this program, we thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and/or engaging in other program‑related activities. Participants can collect loyalty points (referred to as “butterflies” on the website, hereinafter “loyalty points” or “points”) by making eligible purchases or taking part in certain program activities. Eligible purchases will be published on the website or may be communicated through other media (e.g. in a farfalla store, in marketing communications, social media, etc.). Once you reach a certain number of points, you may be eligible for benefits and rewards associated with that point level, which may change from time to time and may be offered in limited quantities. Visit our frequently asked questions to learn about currently available benefits and rewards.
3.2. As a member of the program, you collect points that determine your point benefits. Product rewards are shipped only together with product purchases made on the website. You must be logged into your program account in order to collect points and use your benefits. At various point levels, you can unlock rewards that may be used in connection with an eligible purchase on the website. These rewards are based on the number of points you have collected up to that point through eligible purchases and qualifying activities on the website in Germany and Austria (as of January 2026). You may redeem one reward per transaction on the website. Certain rewards vary depending on availability. You must redeem your available rewards before your points expire, otherwise the available points and rewards will expire.
If no activity under your program participant identification takes place within one year (365 days), all points expire on the anniversary of your last activity. Activities include certain forms of point collection and reward redemption as determined by farfalla. These forms may be changed by farfalla at any time. On the expiration date, all points in your program account are reset to zero; individual point expiration is not intended. From the expiration date onward, you may begin collecting new points and earning new rewards.
For example, if you collected points for an eligible purchase using your program participant identification on 1 January 2026, and then perform no further activity (no additional point collection or reward redemption), your points will expire on 1 January 2027. However, if you collect points for an eligible purchase on 1 January 2026, then redeem a reward on 8 January 2026, and perform no further activity afterward, your points will expire on 8 January 2027 — the date of your last activity.
3.3. Participants receive 1 loyalty point for every EUR 1.00 spent on eligible purchases made on the website in Germany and Austria (from January 2026 onwards). All loyalty points collected from purchases on the website are credited only when your order is dispatched.
3.4. In addition to these purchases, you can also collect loyalty points for the following program activities on the website. To receive these points, you must be a participant in the program and logged into your account before performing the activities listed below. The number of loyalty points awarded for each activity is determined at the reasonable discretion of Farfalla Essentials AG, subject to a maximum number of points that can be earned per activity each year.
· Collect 5 (five) loyalty points for writing company and product reviews on the website that are published (remember to log into your farfalla account before uploading the review). A maximum of 5 (five) reviews per year can be credited in the program.
· Collect 20 (twenty) loyalty points for recommending farfalla to another natural person who then makes a purchase at farfalla using your referral link (remember to log into your farfalla account before making the referral). A maximum of 5 (five) referrals per year can be credited in the program.
· Collect 5 (five) loyalty points each when you follow farfalla on Instagram or Facebook.
· Collect 5 (five) loyalty points when you provide information about your interests and/or marital status via the button in the loyalty program.
3.5. For your eligible purchase to participate in the program, you must be registered for the program and, at the time of purchase, provide your program participant number by logging into your account on the website (as of January 2026). You can earn rewards and benefits only with the purchase of eligible products and services. Eligible purchases include goods and services at regular prices, but do not include gift cards (including AromaCard discounts), shipping and delivery costs, academy offerings, treatments in our farfalla spas, or other products designated by us, bundle offers, selected premium products and services, as well as other specified products.
3.6. Splitting or combining accounts or rewards is not permitted. Only the participant who pays for the products may collect benefits and rewards. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and to reject, merge, or close additional or duplicate participant accounts at any time.
3.7. Benefits and rewards collected through the program have no cash value and are non-transferable. Loyalty points credited to your program account will be reduced or deleted if a purchase is fully or partially returned or cancelled, or if the points were obtained through fraudulent or other activities that violate these terms and conditions. We assume no liability for reward claims lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activities by you or third parties. We are not liable for rewards that are lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed after they have been delivered to the participant. The sale, exchange, transfer, or assignment of rewards or benefits acquired through the program is expressly prohibited. Participants are responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards earned as part of the program.
3.8. We reserve the right to change the program benefits, the methods of earning loyalty points, and the methods of evaluating and rewarding your eligible purchases and/or other program activities. We reserve the right to limit the number of purchases and activities eligible for participation in the program, the number or type of rewards or benefits you may earn within a certain period or throughout the duration of the program, and/or possible combinations thereof.
3.9. If you have concerns that a purchase or another activity was not correctly credited to your account, please contact farfalla customer service via the Contact link. Your inquiry must include your name, the email address associated with your program account, the date of the program activity, and a description of the issue. This electronic inquiry must be sent no later than 45 (forty‑five) days after the date of the purchase or program activity. We are not liable for missing credits to your account in the case of late notifications regarding purchases or other program activities.
3.10. Rewards can only be redeemed online depending on the type of reward. Redemption in farfalla stores in Germany and Austria is generally not possible.
3.11. Rewards cannot be exchanged for another product or service or for a cash refund, nor can they be returned.
3.12. The products and services available through the program, as well as any samples we may provide, are intended exclusively for personal use. The sale or resale of products, services, or samples purchased by you or otherwise received from us is not permitted. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to cancel or reduce the number of orders to be fulfilled and/or the products or services to be delivered to participants solely by virtue of their participation in the program, if we determine at our sole discretion that such orders may constitute a violation of these terms and conditions.
4. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
4.1. By registering for the program, you automatically subscribe to (1) program‑related transactional emails, including welcome emails, and (2) transactional emails from farfalla, and you agree to receive these emails. Examples of transactional emails include, among others, confirmation of a reward redemption, an email following the update of your account information, and other notifications regarding your account. If you terminate your membership, you will no longer receive program‑related transactional emails.
4.2. You also automatically subscribe to program‑related marketing emails and/or farfalla marketing emails such as our farfalla newsletter and the farfalla Follow The Butterfly magazine. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions included in each message, such as clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of each marketing email. Alternatively, you may also contact our customer service. However, transactional emails will continue to be sent to you even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, because transactional emails relate to your membership in the program and you expressly agree to receive them.
5. TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION
5.1. The program and the benefits associated with it are offered at our sole discretion. We may discontinue, modify, restrict, or terminate these program terms, the frequently asked questions, and/or the program or individual aspects or features of the program at any time at our own discretion, even if such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated or earned rewards or benefits and/or the ability to redeem rewards or benefits.
5.2. We reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to: (1) exclude you from participating in the program; (2) terminate your participation in the program; and/or (3) suspend or review your participant account for any period without prior notice. In cases of suspected program misuse, violation of these terms and conditions, non‑use of the program for more than 36 (thirty‑six) months, unlawful activities, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other conduct inconsistent with these terms and conditions and/or harmful to us or our interests, including any suspicion of unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorized use of program rewards and/or benefits, your membership may be revoked and you may be excluded from further participation in the program. If your participation is revoked, all rewards and benefits in your account automatically expire and your access to the program and its features will be terminated at our sole discretion. In cases of suspected unlawful activities, fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, or violation of these terms and conditions, we are also entitled, at our sole discretion, to take appropriate legal action.
5.3. If you no longer wish to participate in the program, you may terminate your participation at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of any program‑related email. You may also contact our customer service for this purpose.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY FARFALLA ESSENTIALS AG IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE PROGRAM, OR ANY PROGRAM‑RELATED REWARDS OR BENEFITS — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — IS EXCLUDED. THE REDEMPTION OF REWARDS OR BENEFITS IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPLACE REWARDS WITH OTHER REWARDS OF COMPARABLE VALUE.
6.2. YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER FARFALLA ESSENTIALS AG NOR ITS PARTNERS OR LICENSORS SHALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) — BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY (A) BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS; (B) DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS IN ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM; (C) NON‑DELIVERY, LOSS, THEFT, MISDELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, OR OTHER MODIFICATION OF DATA; (D) LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR THE PRESENCE OF LINKS TO THIRD‑PARTY WEBSITES ON THE WEBSITE OR FROM THE USE OF PROGRAM REWARDS OR BENEFITS; (E) COMPUTER VIRUSES, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR MALFUNCTIONS OCCURRING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING THROUGH HYPERLINKS TO OR FROM THIRD‑PARTY WEBSITES; (F) INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS IN PROGRAM CONTENT; OR (G) EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL OR INFLUENCE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU AGREE THAT NO CLAIMS OR ACTIONS — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, THE USE OF REWARDS OR OTHER BENEFITS, OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE BROUGHT AFTER 1 (ONE) YEAR FROM THE DATE THE CLAIM OR ACTION AROSE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PROGRAM, TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. WE HAVE NO FURTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARD YOU. FURTHERMORE, OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100.00).
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, partners, licensors, officers, employees, and representatives from any and all losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from third‑party claims, actions, or demands resulting from your participation in the program, insofar as such use violates laws, regulations, rules, or these terms of use.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
All legal relationships between us and the customer are subject to Swiss substantive law, unless overridden by mandatory provisions of German or Austrian consumer protection law.

We respect your privacy. Your personal data collected in connection with the program — including data related to purchases made as part of your program participation — is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
