Forest breath chest balm (stay healthy)

All forest scents promote deep breathing and offer relief from cold symptoms thanks to their soothing properties. Complemented by the eucalyptus-like freshness of ravintsara and cajeput, and the skin-friendly, relaxing effect of lavender.

30 g Shea, organic shea butter, moisture
20 ml Calendula, organic care oil, soothing
4 drops Ravintsara organic Grand Cru essential oil
4 drops organic silver fir
5 drops Organic cajeput essential oil
3 drops Organic lavender Grand Cru essential oil

Instructions

  1. Weigh out the shea butter and melt it gently in a water bath.
  2. Add calendula oil slowly.
  3. Add the essential oils one after the other.
  4. Mix the mixture well, massage it in and enjoy the soothing, liberating effect.
