Couscous salad with an orange twist
This couscous salad is a refreshing and versatile side dish, given a fruity note by the distinctive aroma of orange oil. Ideal for warm summer days or as a light lunch!

| 250 g | Couscous |
| 250 g | Cherry tomatoes, quartered |
| 1 piece | Half a cucumber, deseeded and diced |
| 1 piece | Spring onion, finely chopped |
| 1 serving | Half a bag of mozzarella pearls |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | Apple or white wine vinegar |
| 1 drop | Orange aroma oil |
| 1 tsp | Sambal Oelek |
| 1 piece | Empty container set (6 pcs.) Pipette for amber glass/ |
Instructions
- Cook couscous according to package instructions.
- For the sauce, mix olive oil, vinegar, orange oil and sambal oelek, season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Mix all ingredients – enjoy!
