Smell training
Olfactory training with essential oils stimulates the olfactory cells to regenerate if the sense of smell has been impaired by viral or other diseases.
Tips:
• Perform olfactory training in the morning and evening
It is recommended to use the essential oils in the smelling stick to avoid overdosing due to impaired olfactory perception.

Instructions
- Add 3-5 drops of each of the four essential oils to a separate inhaler and label it immediately.
- Perform olfactory training twice daily – morning and evening: Sniff a scent stick for 15-30 seconds, saying the plant's name, visualizing a picture of the plant, or looking at its photo.
- Pause for one minute between each of the four scent perceptions.
