Tahini Lemon Dip

The earthy, nutty notes of sesame paste (tahini) and the tangy freshness of lemon combine beautifully in this dip, which is fantastic with roasted vegetables. If there are any leftovers, thin it out and enjoy it as a dressing for a carrot or red cabbage salad.

3 tbsp Tahin
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp agave syrup
1 drop Lemon aroma oil
5 tbsp Water
1 serving
Salt
1 serving pepper
1 handful Parsley, mint, coriander (pure or mixed)
1 piece
Empty container set (6 pcs.) Pipette for amber glass/


Instructions

  1. Mix tahini with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, agave syrup and flavoring oil to form a thick paste.
  2. Slowly dilute with 4-6 tablespoons of water until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Optional: If using a blender or immersion blender, you can also blend in half a bunch of fresh herbs.
  4. Season with the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper.
