Spiced butter “Oriental Orange”

This recipe brings an exotic touch to your kitchen. The orange-infused oil gives the butter a fruity freshness that harmonizes perfectly with the oriental spices and fresh basil. It pairs well with carrot and pumpkin vegetables and enhances oriental dishes.

75 g butter or margarine
1 handful fresh basil
1/2 tsp Spice mix Ras el Hanout or other oriental spice
2 pinches Salt
2 drops Orange aroma oil
1 piece
Empty container set (6 pcs.) Pipette for amber glass/


Instructions

  1. Let the butter soften in a bowl at room temperature (do not melt it in the pan).
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well using a whisk or food processor.
  3. Fill into a screw-top jar or other container and refrigerate or freeze in portions (e.g. in an ice cube tray).
