If you have the impression that there is something wrong with your product, you are welcome to proceed as follows:

If you cannot find an entry related to your issue, please submit your complaint via our contact form , under the "Contact us" button.
We need the following information:
- Type of complaint, as precise as possible (e.g., "smells unpleasant", "cannot be squeezed out of the tube", "device no longer nebulizes", etc.)
- affected quantity
- exact product name
- Your invoice or customer number

The payment amount is reserved for a limited period, which varies depending on the provider.
If no booking is made within this period, the provider will refund the amount to you (no credit note from farfalla is necessary). This can happen during periods of high order volume. In this case, you will receive an email from us with an invoice and payment slip. -
After logging in to the B2B system, only the items that are available for retailers to order are displayed.
-
After logging in, click on "Addresses", "Edit" default billing/shipping address, and enter your desired billing address. You can save your desired shipping address under "Additional Addresses". Continuing education:
You can submit our seminars to the EMR as continuing education within the framework of your therapeutic / complementary medicine activities.
The EMR then decides whether the further training is recognized in their field of activity or not.Register the "Aromatherapy" method:
With the part-time diploma course in Aromatherapy (BDA), you have the opportunity to register with the EMR (Empirical Medicine Register) under the discipline of Aromatherapy. Currently, in addition to the Aromatherapy diploma obtained from Farfalla, you need to be registered as a naturopathic practitioner (method group 131 EMR) as a prerequisite for registration in Aromatherapy. This, in turn, requires completed training in a naturopathically recognized discipline (see EMR method list), comprising at least 1,200 hours of learning in empirical medicine and 600 hours of learning in conventional medicine.
A detailed list can be found in the EMR regulations under the link
http://www.emr.ch/dl/dokumente/emr-reglement-8-methoden.pdf
For further inquiries, please contact the EMR hotline directly at www.emr.ch -

Starting in 2022, the farfalla Academy will offer introductory courses and theoretical foundations in botany and chemistry as integrated blended learning modules. Classroom sessions will be supplemented by modern e-learning methods using a digital learning platform. This will increase the proportion of guided self-study phases within the courses.
Participants can work through individual sequences flexibly and independently within a specific timeframe – with a short learning check and the opportunity to contact the lecturers.
This allows courses to be attended with greater flexibility in terms of time, while also better supporting individual differences in learning pace and existing basic knowledge.
The individual elements of guided self-study phases and face-to-face events are didactically coordinated, so that participants experience significant added value through clear structuring and task assignments in their self-study phases. -

Essential oils are tiny droplets that form in flowers, leaves, roots, seeds, and fruits, and can vary greatly from plant to plant. They are the plant's means of communication, used to attract insects and repel pests and microorganisms. The plant also uses these aromatic compounds to regulate its metabolism.
Diverse ingredients as a protective shield
The chemical composition of essential oils is extremely complex. They consist of dozens to hundreds of components. One advantage of this diversity of ingredients—in contrast to synthetic imitations made from just a few artificial components—is that bacteria or viruses can hardly develop resistance to them. This is especially true because their composition (and therefore their scent) can vary slightly with each harvest.Effective fragrances
Essential oils have a holistic effect on people; they relax and cheer up, promote concentration or a good mood.
Sleep. Some people have a whole home pharmacy in their sleep! We at Farfalla have been fascinated by this concentrated plant power in droplets for almost 30 years. The knowledge of how to harness the effects of essential oils on body and mind and how to use them specifically to enhance health and well-being has been incorporated into every single Farfalla product ever since. -

Product knowledge Do it yourself

Unscented base products for mixing yourself with essential oils and active ingredients
Farfalla Do It Yourself base products are unscented starting products (perfume, shower gel, bubble bath, room spray, soap, body lotion, moisturizing cream, shampoo) that can be enriched with essential oils and other active ingredients (organic carrier oils, aloe vera gels, hydrosols, etc.) to create your own custom products. They offer beginners in DIY projects an easy-to-use foundation to start mixing their own products and gain initial experience. These products are also particularly popular as gifts when purchased as sets.
-
You can find ideas for your own DIY products in our recipe database . Please also note our recommendations regarding mixing ratios. The products you need for mixing and bottling can be found in our online shop and in our stores. We regularly hold workshops in our stores where you can mix your own personalized product in small groups under guidance.
-
If you want to mix your own shower gel, perfume or body lotion, you will find the correct mixing ratios for essential oils here .
-
Raw materials must be traceable in the final product.
We are a supplier of products for end consumers and not a raw material trader/supplier. The labeling of our products reflects this. Specifically, this means that we declare our essential oils according to chemical regulations and not according to cosmetic regulations for potential further processing for the (re)sale of cosmetics.
The most important sensitizing substances are correctly listed on our essential oils. However, this information cannot be used to determine the quantities of individual ingredients for further use in cosmetics.
For our own cosmetic products, an allergen declaration is clearly possible, as we know the formula in detail and can calculate the declaration.

Real nature is never the same
Where there's genuine nature, there are also perfectly natural variations in color. After careful filtration, slight deposits or cloudiness may form due to the use of pure essential oils. A product as wonderfully diverse and unique as nature itself!
