You will receive course materials (script) and access to the learning platform. To prepare for the in-person session, you will complete initial tasks on the learning platform. Following the in-person session, you will work independently on in-depth questions and exercises, followed by a feedback session.

You will gain an overview of historical and modern aromatherapy, an insight into Farfalla Essentials AG, and information on the extraction and quality control of essential oils. You will delve into the effects of the oils and hydrosols, application methods and dosage issues, and try out specific application examples.

You will learn about applications that utilize the sense of smell, such as dry inhalation, for issues like concentration, fatigue, air disinfection, and sleep. The dimensions of well-being will be explored.

You will experience the importance of touch in the context of aromatherapy and learn the theoretical foundations for applying essential oils, carrier oils, and hydrosols to the skin. Practicing these techniques is mandatory.

They understand the importance of essential oils for the plant world, are familiar with important plant families, and understand the chemical basis of essential and carrier oils as well as hydrosols. They are able to distinguish between different groups of substances, assess their properties and risks, and apply chemical and botanical information in a practical way.

This seminar provides fundamental knowledge for the safe use of essential oils during pregnancy and childhood. Suitable oils and application methods for typical ailments will be presented. The gentle effects of pure plant oils and hydrosols for pregnancy and the postpartum period will also be discussed.

Two main topics will be the focus of this day: aromatherapy applications for typical ailments in older adults and the creation of scent profiles. Evidence-based applications for geriatric conditions will be discussed in detail, and connections to measures from basal stimulation will be explored.

Aromatherapy approaches are presented for palliative care topics such as pain, specialized skin care, digestive problems, anxiety and restlessness during the dying process, and strong odors. The central focus of this course is aromatherapy skin applications with a practical demonstration.

Fundamental knowledge for evaluating scientific evidence in aromatherapy and aromacare. You will learn what characterizes a scientific study and explore different forms of evidence. An overview of studies on selected topics promotes an understanding of research in practice. Furthermore, additional aromatic compounds are discussed as substance groups of essential oils, and their most important properties are explored in greater depth.

The focus of aromatherapy and aromacare is on psychological well-being. Knowledge of psychological indications and the corresponding essential oils is imparted, the range of applications is demonstrated, and they are examined against disorder-specific criteria.

This seminar provides theoretical and practical knowledge about percutaneous applications, thermal stimuli, and essential oils. Simple, effective applications will be presented and practiced directly.

Participants deepen their skills in blending essential oils and learn the perfumery concept of top, middle, and base notes to create balanced fragrance compositions. They put their knowledge into practice and create their own fragrance products such as lip balms, aroma roll-ons, or body oils.

Participants discover the healing power of touch and learn the basics of manual oil applications without being bound to a specific method. They experience how scent, rhythm, warmth, and movement work together to provide invigorating relaxation and therapeutic relief through targeted massages.

What influence does skincare have on health? To answer this question, this module covers the fundamentals of skin function. Participants will practice identifying and recognizing the characteristics of different skin types. This seminar day deepens practical knowledge about natural raw materials in natural cosmetics and aromatherapy. After analyzing cosmetic products and reviewing ingredients and labels, participants will have the opportunity to create their own blends.

The focus of the in-depth workshop is on practical examples. Following an exchange of experiences, various wrapping and compress techniques, as well as their fixation, will be presented. Applications for client consultations and private use will also be discussed.
