You will receive course materials (script) and access to the learning platform. To prepare for the in-person session, you will complete initial tasks on the learning platform. Following the in-person session, you will work independently on in-depth questions and exercises, followed by a feedback session.

Speaker: Maja dal Cero
You will gain an overview of historical and modern aromatherapy, an insight into Farfalla Essentials AG, and information on the extraction and quality control of essential oils. You will delve into the effects of the oils and hydrosols, application methods and dosage issues, and try out specific application examples.

Speaker Ueli Morgenthaler
You will learn the principles of therapeutic touch and massage with essential oils, be able to focus on different parts of the body, such as a shoulder and neck massage, and understand where and how tension can be released. You will use mnemonic devices such as hand-flow diagrams on the body. You will understand your own massage techniques and how to align them anatomically, and feel confident developing your own massage oiling routines and incorporating them into your practice.
